How we started
How did CitySedans start? Mike( President) and Rick the (VP)drove for limousine services throughout New York City. The two individuals shared similiar work values.One value which is the core of CitySedans,"Excellence,Leadership".Rick was a prior service Army veteran and an ROTC cadet at Pace University, Rick understood the meaning very well because this concept was incited in him throughout the Army affiliation. Mike was one committed civilian who gave the best commitment to his customers all the time and around the clock. Here are some examples of commitment, "don't go home until you give all you can. Wake up, out of bed, when someone needs you". Mike and Rick are available 24 hours a day for customer support issues or even for simple FAQ's.Next, Mike and Rick want to become trendsetters in corporate America by donating ten percent of net profits to charities. Finally, we want to create an equally respected workforce and we want to set ethical business standards and relations .We believe treating our drivers with respect and dignity. We want a good working environment for all our employees.We also believe in giving our utmost attention to our customers needs.
We are CitySedans and Limousines. We provide luxury sedan and Limousine services for airport, executive meetings, corporate, entertainment and personal use.We originated from an existing luxury car and limousine industry. In 1999, we decided to start our own service with our own vision.We provide new,clean, safe and reliable transportation among the industry.We are different from other companies because we do not invest in old unreliable vehicles.Quality control is what we emphasize. We maintain our vehicles to the manufacturers standards.Our mission is to offer premium service below our competitor's rates. Our motto is "Excellence,& leadership".

CitySedans was founded with the goal of raising the level of service provided by the chauffeured transportation industry. This industry has never applied best practices and has historically suffered from a lack of coordination, technology, efficiencies and a very poor reputation just to name a few. Instead of following along, CitySedans is the exception to the rule. We have basically done everything that our competitors will not such as developing the industries most advanced customer service center, putting our locations through the industries toughest due diligence, and creating the first (and only) real-time booking engine for chauffeured transportation.
