All reservations must be booked 24 hours in advance.All cancellations must be informed 24 hours in advance, and must obtain a cancellation number from the staff.Reservations for outside of USA require 48 hours advance notification.Cancellations forInternational reservations(outside of USA)must be notified within 48 hours of dispatch time,Failing to notify cancellations of reservations will result in a charge.Cancellations made within less that 6 hours domestic(USA) and 24 hours(Outside of USA) will result in a 50% charge. CitySedans is not responsible for lost items left in vehicles while traveling.CitySedans is not liable to any accidents incurred by affiliate members.All complaints must be recorded promptly by customer in a timely manner.Proms and weddings are only booked by advance notifications with a deposit.Any reservations with discounts that need to be cancelled must be notified within two weeks(14 days) prior to dispatch in New York City. |
